Sunday, March 3, 2013. Gita and three other women artists will be working with 2 groups of youth on a project funded by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Cynthia Krieg fund. Youth will tour the waste water treatment plant, learn about bedrock and glacial geology of Minnehaha Falls and the chain of lakes with a professional geologists, and learn about current issues with the creek with MCWD education staff.
